Please do not click on the Google results for the Blueseum until this has been fixed.

The site itself is working fine but for some reason google search results have been hijacked in some way.

I am currently working with my server host to find the problem.

Apologies for all of this, I have been having a running battle with hackers over the last six months or so on the site and just when I think I have fixed the problem another one turns up.

What's the point of hackers doing this, just wondering, what they get out of it doing this stuff. Is it just them being a jerk and annoying everybody or trying to steal from people.Anyone know ?

Viruses unleashed. Somehow there is a cure for this certain virus by lending your credit card number.

Conspiracy. Think about it...

Sorry it had to happen to you, Jarusa, you're now having to work extra simply to keep the site safe for common viewers.

Going direct to www.blueseum.org should be safe. It was a hack that affected google as the search referrer - hence the problems. Always have a virus scanner installed, try to use more secure browsers than internet explorer (firefox and others) and be a little suspicious of what people send you. That should keep you safe for now!

Or simply, buy a Mac.

That's my new conspiracy. Steve Jobs is hiring the World's top hackers in an effort to take down Microsoft and the PC.

Why aren't hackers and virus guys going after Macs? Think about it... :-D

I was going to mention that. I had this problem with the blueseum last week, but no viruses...I have a Mac. :-D

ps Also Round 8, 1974 is in the top 50 pages. Anyone think of why?

maybe people googling for *snatch* ?

(i notice *behind* was there too, maybe just the saints supporters were googling that)

That has to be it! That's hilarious - here I was searching Carlton books and websites, trying to find a missing 'big story' from the game and all along it was just caught up in surfing for porn!

can't wait for a shark attack at a nude beach, that'll be a big one

Seems to be going around a bit. Someone hacked into my email, changed my details, now they won't let me log back in because my details don't match with what they've been changed to. Now they're telling me I have to open a whole new account, which I certainly won't be @#$%&! doing :garthp:

Has the "membership" link for the Blueseum changed?

Goes to the on-line shop rather than the Clubsonline one

Thanks for finding that bill, I have fixed up the link.

The whole site has been rebuilt in the last 24 hours, still a few more things to do tonight. But it should be more secure after the upgrade. Hopefully the hackers give the Blueseum a wide berth for a while, it is too stressful dealing with crap from hackers.

Maybe you should set up a hackers page on the site.

The first entry could go a bit like this...

Good job Jars.

Idiot Di**heads with too much time on their hands.
Pity they cant put that time to good use.

The Image Galleries menu under collections takes you back to the home page.
You may heve found this one.

Thanks tcblue, I have now fixed up all the menu items that were out of whack.

If anyone finds anything unusual or not working please let me know.

Just to let you know it seems as though this was an XSS attack (google that if you would like to find out more). Basically the hacker took advantage of a vulnerability in the php based software that runs the site. My fault basically because I had not upgraded the software to the latest version which is now safe from this type of attack. So the lesson is keep your software up to date!

Molsey, you have to sort this out brother.

Suggest you modernise the site, bring into the 21st C with some ridiculous contemporary touch, like, say calling it i-Blueseum.

Desmond, I struggle with tables let alone being able to do anything as you suggest. I'm the format monkey.
