ARe you guys serious with your posts. Caroline Wilson is just another ridiculous Journo who thinks she knows everything about footy. Maybe yes some of the things she wrote were right but i think Kouta was spot on with what he was saying. PAGAN was useless he tried to coach the way he did at North Melbourne but what he failed to realise was he had no Carey anymore.

Kouta hit the nail on the head, your a young kid trying to find your way in AFL footy and trying to get a kick and Pagan tries to adapt a style of play which discourages young guys carrying the footy.

Another piece of trashy opportunistic rubbish by Caroline Wilson.

Everyone knows the players faults, they are there to be seen.

But the footy public largely was ignorant to Pagan's crimes.

There's a difference there. And besides, footballers don't lay the boots into their teammates.

I can only speak for myself but I can't work for someone who never listens to my opinion and trashes my name and my efforts in order to motivate me. After years of being belted on and off the field, it isn't surprising to me that players started to get on the booze etc.

While I agree with her that football is a team game and responsibility rests with more than one person, Kouta sounds to have had a few goes at talking to the coach over the journey, without success. I don't know a single person who doesn't give up for at least a little while until they can pick themselves back up again. Football is a pretty tough game and it takes a whole team to be vigilant in helping those that stray. It seems that Kouta didn't have much help there.

Anyway, I am off to training today and the ground looked beautiful this morning. I'm looking forward to this year.

Nice one Deano! Rucci is the last part of my Surname and there is no need to have a go at it. I was merely stating my opinion on Caroline Wilson who is an absolute joke and thinks she knows everything and anything about footy, never did i mention any other journo's.

It's his opinion after all. No-one has to agree with Kouta, it's just his opinion, just like all the comments written on this site.

Thought Caro's article was on the money......stones in glass houses or something to that effect applies to Kouta.
If Denis earned his money under false pretences then Kouta earned a fair amount of his millions under similar circumstances in his latter years.
A sad part of the clubs history that most of us know very well without having to rehash it again in book form.......
