Team I've been playing for does this sort of stuff for a typical pre-season session - we're comprised of teams equivalent to about 3rd / 4th grade teams in the ACT / NSW comp.
________________________________________________________
Warm up - two laps plus stretches
Followed by:
3klm run...
we might do about 25 min. hand ball and kicking (lane work) drills (depending on the mood of the coach..)
Further fitness would be a probably 4 or 5 of the following exercses:
Shuttle runs (eg. start at behind post, run to closest goal post and- back, run to furtherest goal post and back, run to other behind post and back)
(Each player would do that run twice in a group of 5 or 6 players)
4 x 220s - you run in a groups of 3 at about 75% (depending on the mood of the coach) from goals to goals with about a 30 second break between each stint (this can be an absolute killer of a run depending on your fitness)
Running around the centre square - you run one length of a square, then 2 lengths, then 3 lengths then the whole square - you may do this twice depending on the mood of the coach!! (about a 30 second break between each run if you're lucky)
Run throughs - as a team run straight up the centre of the oval changing the speed or type of your run at the 50m, chb, centre circle, chf and forward 50m (or variations thereof). Change ups might be 25% to the 50m, 50% to the centre square, 75% to forward 50m then full throttle from there to the goals.
Another mix might be 50% to chb, run sideways to chf, backwards to forward 50m then full throttle to goals (same backward)
We'd normally do 4 - 6 run throughs (2 - 3 times up and 2 - 3 times back)
Stations - up to around 10 stations that you spend about 1 - 2 minutes at or until you complete 10 of each exercise (pushups, sit ups, star jumps, 15m run, burpies etc.)
that's a fair example of a normal pre season night - usually go for about 1 1.25 - 1.5 hours or longer (depending on the mood of the coach).
The closer to pre-season games you get, the more actual footy skills are mixed into each night of training - it tapers off to about 75% skills to 25% fitness during the height of the season but usually focus on fitness will pick up in the lead up and into the finals (depending on the mood of the coach

)
Trust that's useful.
