In Synbads defence "that was then this is now ".
The timing of Judd coming now as compared to if it had happened then, is completely different. It was never going to happen anyway.

What Synbad stated back then was a valid arguement for that period. The CFC as we knew it then is not the same place as it is now, and the list dynamics are far superior.

But anyway, whatever... 8)
