Do we know what is happening with Red's negotiations or are we purely focussing on Judd as a club?

Suspect Lance has finished as a player, the knee injury goes back to the time he damaged it during a training drill a few years ago. It has deterioted to the point where any running/kicking impact causes significant swelling.

...sadly, most of the swelling happens around his gut over summer!!

OK, physically he may be RS, but he still has a great footy brain. Wonder if the powers that be would consider an assistant coaching role?
Start him off as an assistant at the Bullants.
Just a thought.......

If Lance had a "great footy brain" he would have made the most of what he was given. Unfortunately he didn't and I'd rather examples like Lance were kept well away from our impressionable little boy wonders.

I sense the club are affording him the opportunity of a trade. If it doesn't happen he's definately gone I suspect.

if ratten wont get rid of him. i'd say swann will step in like he did with mitchell. no more of this boys club stuff. in order for us to move forward and into premiership contention the hard calls have to be made. look at hawthorn, they gave the arse to their vandenberg, joel smith, and ben dixon. they're just as shit as lance and maybe a touch better.

if a performance based contract did eventuate for ''red''---it'd only happen after the judd trade was put to bed---no new contracts in case we need to front load a special juddy contract with lots of $$$$$$$ & out of tigers salary cap reach in psd :-D --- premier team w/i 2 yrs with all picks in '07 national draft taken with elite talent

Tend to agree.....Bit like an old lawnmower, someone might take it off your hands on ebay hoping they can get it going and get some use out of it otherwise its heading for the nature strip and the council collection....

Hey BS, your crusade for grammar, spelling and punctuation is admirable, but you will find the conversational style of internet forums will never ever lend itself to the Queens perfect english. Being pragmatic is the only way to deal with it.

Whitnall will be traded if anyone (Bulldogs) are interested, otherwise he's gone.
Pretty obvious that's the only reason nothing has been said.

Here's a thought - Whitnal to the Tigers at PSD #1, leaving #2 PSD open for bigger fish for CFC.
