Just think, as hard as it may seem, imagine you are Eddie McGuire and earlier in the year your CEO left the club unexpectedly. Worse, he was poached by Carlton.

A bit later in the year it is suggested to you, on live TV, that Carlton has approached Buckley for an assistant coaching role. Naturally, your mouth drops to the ground, as it always does whenever the word Buckley is uttered. After the initial shock and being visibly shaken, you start seeing red mist.

A couple of weeks later you learn that your highly rated player development coach has been made an offer to go to Carlton. Here comes that red mist again.

Don't you reckon you might be a bit "upset" with Richardson.

It was probably a case for Richardson of being better staying where he is rather than having to meet some of Didak's mates.
