If Fev gets traded for Judd as is the rumour circulating in the press, who will be our major goal kickers.

Oh, and by the way, has our chance of securing Judd's services next year improved at all with Dick Pratt's bankbook wide, wide open??

Firstly, I would rather trade Waite than Fev but would take a Griffin and Pick 5 for Fev.

Our midfield would kick more goals, Waite and Fisher can kick a few, JKennedy may come of age in coming years and even Kruezer within a couple years.

How much impact would having Judd in the team have on our capacity to kick goals...

- with Fev still on board

- minus Fev...

Fev aint leavin, we can get judd without tradin fev. Imagine a team with Fev and Judd in the same team. Trust me, if we are without fev, we wont be kickin much goals, whatever people say. Fisher, Waite, Kennedy wont kick enough goals. Fish and Waite cant kick to save themselves. Trust me guys dont get rid of fev, we can keep him and get judd. We will struggle big time.

Yeh but wouldn't Juddsy be kicking the same number of goals as Fev would? But we wouldn't also be so judd-centric

Our forward line would have more entries directed into it. Other players will take up the load as required. They just haven't been had F50 entries directed to them.

Do you love Fev or do you love the club Fevolution?

You're mostly right about Waite, but I'd say Fish is one of the better kicks at goal we've got.

Fisher kicked 39.15 and took 137 marks in 19 games at an accuracy of 72.2% (7th best acc. in afl and he kicked more goals than all of those above him bar one)

I'd say he can kick alright

Btw Fevola's accuracy was 59% with 59.41 and 100 marks from 19 games

Dont get me wrong I love Fisher but most of his goals are within 30m but most of Fevs are 40m+ out and he marks them with 2 defenders on him.

We managed to kick big scores during the season where Fev only got one or two. It can be done.
I don't think Fev will go but if he does, I don't think Lance will go. There has been a lot written on this forum about the possibility of Lance playing FF out of the pocket where his mobility won't be such an issue. Against Essendon*, Fletcher was too cautious to leave him and go to help out against Fev. Lance is to good a player to leave alone. Waite's kicking isn't the best but he can kick goals and he gives a lot away.
If Kennedy is going to be any good, he will have to show something next year so maybe he will kick some and we all know Kreuzer is a goalkicker.
What happens if Fev gets run over by a bus. We have been lucky since Kouta's bad injury that people like Fev have been able to play a lot of footy. These things do happen, though. Just ask the Bulldogs.
The club has to be bigger than just Fev or just Murphy or just anybody.
Judd won't be coming if you can believe his manager.
I reckon if Fev goes, it is more likely to be to St Kilda but as I said earlier, I don't think he will go.
He wants to stay and Ratts wants him. It would have to be a pretty compelling reason to trade him in the face of that.

We kicked those goals because Fev had the best 2 defenders on him leaving Fisher, Waite, Betts unguarded or with easier defenders. We struggle when Fev doesnt play because guys like Fisher, Waite and Betts cant handle the strong defenders yet.

Good point and that's why I mentioned Fletcher having to stay with Lance. if Lance were to play FF in stead of Fev, maybe Lance would be the foil.
