Play on and improve the angle.

And just pray like flowering hell that Jimmy Stynes' ghost doesn't run through the mark.

How long can you hold onto the ball once the siren has gone?

They may have to postpone the draft as no player will take the kick.

Jon Doritich or Mick Maguane should take the kick... they would stubb their toe in the dirt while kicking the ball 10 feet and no one would think twice about it.

I'd stake my draft pick on Alex Ruscuklic.

How's this:

In John Nicholls's autobiography "Big Nick", John wrote, when asked whether he wanted Ruscuklic as a player, that he didn't.

Ouch!

Picture this.......

we're a point down and win a free kick 25 metres out as the final siren sounds......

Simmos been knocked out, can't take the kick, any score costs us the number 1 pick........

Who do we hand the ball to?

They must not score, they are ....THE SACRIFICIAL LAMB.

My nomination......BIG RED....... :)

perfect time to handball to someone running past....

Speaking of Campo. How Ironic it was that even he played his part for the club with his BOG performance for the scum that got them over the line. I'm sure they were regretting playing him that day. He used to love screwing the scum Campo and it's obvious he still does.. :-D

...Now it's gotta be Waite for mine. Only because its 25m out and so a simple shot meaning Jarrod is the obvious choice. From the boundary? No way.

Does anyone know if the "too many players on the field rule" applies in the AFL the same as it does in amateurs?

(Too many players = score wiped out).

Maybe we could put all 22 in the forward 50 in time on in the 4th.
Headcount.
Score wiped.
No chance to rebuild the total.

All we gotta hope for is that the game is not a nil-all draw that some have been suggesting!

Of course, he could easily end up kicking it through their goals if you ask me.

Yep; that's how it works.

However the headcount only occurs if the opposition captain requests it.

pretty sure they count the # of players on both teams.

its just, for obvious reasons the opposition captain that calls for the count.
but if they find out we've got too many player..... SHIT! HOWD THAT HAPPPEN?
