Off the top of my head, next year:
Walker will have his 3rd preseason or 4th year. Russell his 2nd /3rd year, Hartlett, Bower and others similar. Steven will be back. Thornton the same as Walker if not more. Simpson his 4 th preseason, etc ... Waite, Fisher, Carrazzo been here long enough, etc etc etc ...

NO MORE EXCUSES. START WINNING in 2008 ELSE.

I don't expect much from Gibbs, Austin, Grigg or this year's crop but NO EXCUSE FROM THE REST!

There is a difference between young kids getting bigger and mature hardened bodies...

How many games do you think we will win next year Surrey???
Were probably averaging abut 21 yrs old next year....

You mght see an improvement but you wont see real winning till 2009/2010/2011

I am worried about our lack of seniority .. we had better get some seniority in the draft .. Lade has 191 behind him .. hopefully he has at least another 100 games in front of him (in blue no less) ...

i just keep having this nightmare that the tiges get up against the aints. if this happens, then melbourne would have an enormous reason to drop the game against us. that being pick 1.

a lot will depend on friday night. if adelaide get up then the aints have nothing to play for. tiges get up they move to 18 points, meaning the winner of our game would go to 20 points and 14th and the loser stay on 16 and end 16th.

i can't wait for sunday 8 pm cos i all i have been doing for the past week is play out the possibilities and scenarios in my head. i hate the @#$%&! PP. it is ruining my life

We carlton lovers are all feeling the pain of this sunday's game ramifications. I can just see what is going to happen and I hope we are down by 50 points by halftime (so I'm not that nervous towards the end of the game).

What is going to happen if we win it? Are the blues supporters going to be extremely disappointed? I know I will be!

I cant wait to be put out of my misery and finally get back to support a club with a winning culture instead of going to games as a paid up member wanting my team to lose.

I'm looking forward to 8:00 p.m. Sunday because here it will be 5:00 a.m. Sunday and I will be able to go to bed, knowing I don't have to stay up week after week, listening to the boys get beaten on scratchy internet sometimes and wondering why I do it. Or more specifically, having my wife wonder why I do it.

I am of the opinion that if we lose we get three picks in the top 20 and if we win we get one. OK, either way, let's just get on with it for next year.

And re: the PP, "One swallow a summer maketh not" (unknown)

I'm looking forward to 8:00 p.m. Sunday because this horrible feeling inside will leave as I look forward to 08.
Also becuase I have converted my hubby and SIL to Carlton supporters over the last 10 years but they don't get it!!! They haven't seen the true Calrton and I can't wait for that to happen.
