David Teague has been the forgotten man this season. It probably is his last season on our list and I would like to think the Match Committee would give him the chance to say goodbye in the seniorsin the last game of the year.

He has been a great clubman and IMO has never let the club or the team down on or off the field. A best and fairest winner in 2004 he has struggled the last two years but that has never shown in his demeanour or endeavours. We are not playing for a finals spot and we know we have at least one vacancy (fisher) so why not give him a send off.

But play him in the backs. he has been dominating the midfield when he plays there and we don't want too many inside 50s this weekend

and lets hope Rats decides to play Raso too, he deserves a go at least! I've heard a few things about how Raso should have been selected a couple of times already, but injuries, and the Pagan-Mitchell situation made it unlikely...I think Raso's one who has been caught in the middle of this crap... give him a game!

I'll think you'll find that he will not be playing as he is injured again...I think OP was mentioned.

Play him in the ruck all day, play him at full back, he deserves a game and sadly I doubt he will be the difference between us winning and loosing...

Play him on Robbo and tell every other Carlton defender to move up the ground leaving the 50 open for Robbo

As long as our midfielders are accountable, Teague would do fine.

Seriously...I thought Teague was a good player. He always put in 110% on the field (From what I saw). Is he going because of injury or performance or better players rising etc..

Are you serious?......starting a thread like this?......David Teague has just turned 26......is he too old for your proposed list?

If he puts in 110% he should definitely not get a game.

We need more players with the intesity of Ackland

I think Teague will get delisted at season's end and we are not playing for the finals and we are trying to build up the spirit in the place.

I thought he would be a good match up on Brad Miller. A good clubman who I thought would deserve one last goodbye. Especially when we are not playing for anything else. He could take Miller and Lance could take Robertson with Bannister on Pickett.
