Kruezer was BOG today and kicked six goals. Not a bad tally for a ruckman.

This is how they'll have to line up in round 22 if we don't beat North next week.

Joey - Jamo - Flint
Austin - Carlos - Bower

Russell - Murphy - Grigg

Fisher - Waite - Hoops
Betts - Whitnall - Benjamin

Ackland - Gibbs - Simpson

int: Hampson, Swiggins, Jackson, Carrazzo

The key to the picks is to continue playing Lance esp at CHF.

A handful for anyone there.
All Essendon* did is play Lucas on him who just ran off him and provided a trampoline going forward.

Go Ratts!!! 8)

Gotta agree with you Synbad. To me it seems obvious Ratts is coaching under instruction from those in charge. From the selections and moves on game day depending how the team is going etc...Now with Fev out and Lance back in I would expect to see a couple of more slow types back in. Lappin coming back was also good as he lacks pace on a big scale.

I actually think losing the next two will be a sinch...North we'll lose to without even trying to....and Melbourne we'll lose to at the selection table.
I'd like to see players who are playing for their careers get dropped for the Melbourne game.

Also isn't it strange that Ratts will be approved this week yet he is zero and four.... 8)

Just to be sure rest Carlos, Fisher, Waite & Carrazzo and bring in Raso, Teague, Young & McLaren

its a beautiful thing, going to these games and seeing Carlton show such potential, but because of our deficiences, fail in the last quarter.

I never buy the outrageously priced MCG food, but did have ocassion to tuck into a red rooster strip sub on saturday. It was so tasty.

On the rare times that I buy an exorbitantly prices food item at the G, my thoughts invariably turn towards the late Ron Evans and the role that he played in penalising our club.

But then I see us lose so gallantly, and so fortuitously edging ever closer to the special draft picks that we need to mend our disembowelled but now recovering team and those unpleasant and murky thoughts about Mr Spotless seem to dissappear.

certain things can never be forgotten, but sometimes exciting new and truly amazing things can come about which make that which is horrible and unforgettable, more quicky recede into the background.

Even though it it season junk time, Carlton is losing and some TC'ers are complaining about the lack of a victory late in the season, it is true that we are seeing the early stages of the start of something special.

Add Rhys Palmer to that midfield. He is carving it up in the WAFL.

Kreuzer and Palmer if that doesn't raise your tanking levels nothing will.

To tank or not to tank...

Lets not be fooled people into Blues are playing for a win.

It has been reputed that we are looking forward to 2008. Unfortunately winning does not form part of the vision.

What possible benefits does CFC get from beating the red & black filth. Zero, nothing. The same formula applies to Rd 21 & 22 opposition teams.

Have trust in me when i tell you that Carlton must cease from winning another game because Kruezer is priceless.

I have studied the kids physical science and he defies logic. The AFL globe must prepare itself to what this kid is about to embark.

Can play ruck and or key poisiton and runs like Judd.

Friends, the time has come for the Kruezer.

Kruezer wont be an instant fix though, Leunberger was the 'awesome' ruckman of last years draft, yet it is taking him quite a while to develop into a good player. Hopefully by the time Ackland's 3 year deal is up, The Kruez missile will be hitting top speed.

By all reports; Leunberger was awesome on the weekend with raves from good judges......he may have arrived already.
