I just don't understand why none of you have included Teague & McLaren in your teams. These guys have been robbed.

I like it!! If you're gonna have a thread on such a spec topic, at least have some imagination.

We WILL be on the prowel for some big names in October and I reckon one or two will come off.

If you do the excersize, do it with flare and creativity (not that I think your team is 100% right, Winnie  )

So be it, if it is true. But, ironically, it is not Agro who is being the cynic. 8)

Play the kids, we need to see where they're at. Besides, there's a bright young thing just ripe for the picking in the 2008 draft.

Oh yeah, after we've sacked the board, I want the coach sacked too! Then trade Murphy and Gibbs, we have to better the Fevola deal from 07.

Apparently if we have another 4 win or less season in 2009 (following on from the 4 wins or less we will have in 2008) - we will actually get the first five selections in the 2009 National Draft.

i take it then you think we would be tradeing pick 3 and 20 for judd?
dont know if westcoast will swap a top class no.3 pick for an un know no.3 pick in a weaker draftplus im not sure judd would want to come to a club on the climb up i feel if and its a big if he leaves he will go to a club who realistically could win the flag next year or look in a possistion to win it the year after . sadly i dont see us in that possy for anothe 3 years

having said that if we cant win 4 games next year thats it we should shut up shop call it a day move to the ACT and thank mr Elliot for offically killing the club !!!

i reckon a realistic figure is to win 6-9 games next year the year after win 9-11 the year after then make the finals for the next 8 years and win 3 flags along the way

Surely you could swap Wiggo for Jonathan Brown while your at it.

Anderson Austin Setanta
Thornton Jamison Bower
Walker Carrazzo Russell
Gibbs Waite Fisher
Kennedy Fevola Betts
Aisake Stevens Murphy
Cloke Houlihan Jackson Scotland

I think that Kennedy Waite Fevola and Fisher can work in the forward half and that Ratts will have them work to a plan. A versatile team with players that can play a lot of different roles. Austin Jamison and Setanta should give us the height down back with support from the midfield.

if we cant get two high profile running players by trading whitnall, fisher, hartlett, pick 3 & pick 20..then there is something seriously wrong.

pick 3 + fisher for judd...is a win-win..if judd wants to return home and carlton shows him the cheque book.

bulldogs need tall forwards... they get two tall forwards + pick 20.

dont see why the bulldogs will pass the opportunity of getting two tall forwards, it has been their downfall all year.

5 talls in defence! I like the idea of trying to fit in as many of our developing talls as well, but I think 3 defensive talls is about as many as you can play at once. Otherwise we'll continue to get cut up by dangerous small forwards, and there won't be a heap of attacking rebound.

Let's hope the Club's not true to form and picks up another hack ruckman like Gardiner, Clarke or Meesen!

I would like to pose thgis question also. Would you rather delist Lance and recieve nothing in return if we aren't able to find a trade or should we keep him on the list on a year by year contract?
