So, is that the end of Dave Allison at the club?

What a vastly negative and inglorious effect this man has had on the club.

Sure he was representing his clients, but did the club need to be continually dragged through the mud by this man.

While Carlton is at risk of going to the wall, Allison thinks only of whether Carlton's players will still be able to go to the stock exchange.

Allison said Carlton president Ian Collins was standing over the players in his effort to force pay cuts. "Don't go out and bully and dictate and say to these people: 'Guys, cop it or you're out'," he warned Collins.

This is from the man whose standard play in contract negotiations is to say that his player would leave the club if more money was not forthcoming, and, in the case of Matthew Allan, to announce that he had left already. Allison ought to recognise bullying when he sees it.

Allison submitted a claim to the AFL for long service for the retired Fraser Brown based on a set of figures the AFL had never seen. Suspicious, they launched the investigation that has led Carlton to its present calamnitous position. Allison said he had made a "mistake" in calculating payments, and anyone can make mistakes.

The funny thing is a lot of Aints supporters are using our initial anger at Hamill leaving the club as ammunition to rub further salt into our wounds. Of course what they don't realise is that we've been laughing at them for 3 years over Hamill. Oh the irony :lol:

But yes, Allison is a scab on the penis of society.

Allison made Hamill a very wealthy man. Hamill has not had to do much in return for it either.
