Sheedy as Director of Coaching at Carlton mentoring Voss and Ratten for the next 2 years.

Goes with Pratts ethos of getting the best - not just the best available.

And be prepared for us to offer our early draft picks (not the PP) for Judd and Pavlich and one other out of contract player.
