Does the club have any influence over the fixture? Some clubs - COLLINGWOOD - get an armchair ride with the fixture, where as teams like Carlton and Hawthorn haven't.

19. There have been reports that the club will be appointing a Player Development coach. Can you confirm that? Given the age of our list, it's a fairly important position. Is there a person the club is interested in and if not, what will be the attributes of who will be appointed? What resources will be available to this department?

Greg Swann has confirmed the Club will be appointing a Player Development coach in 2008. It is not appropriate to speculate further on this other than to confirm that it is part of the increasing resources being provided to the Football Department to assist with the development of our young team.

Has it been considered to appoint specialist dedicated full time development coaches (not assistant coaches) - eg 3 specific Development coaches for defenders, forwards and mid's?

What can Carlton fans and volunteers do to assist the Club, other than sign up as members next year?

Have attempted some Blueseum questions but can't live with them in writing!

Good question.

With the pub situation at the moment, would the club or you guys at least look at a member loyalty system?

That see's our hard earned, in some term, benefit you guys or the club as a business for us drinking at your pubs? A CArlton MEMBER loyalty system..... Discounts etc. Would attract a greater membership and more revenue!

Now me, being a Captains Club beer drinking member, would frequent a Carlton interested entity all the more frequent than a local.

Will the club be addressing the seating for Social Club members at the MCG next year? We are put behind the goals & are on the level below where our social club room is. I know a lot of ex-social club members who have not renewed due to the poor seating allocation at the MCG & this is a concern, especially considering before we moved home games to the MCG we were given better seating as social club members.

While out of their control (I think), do the board members have any concerns about the competition being an unfair one? That is, not all teams playing each other twice.

Good to see a clear dilineation between the board and the operational aspects of the club which is great to see.

Zac mentioned our brand was robust amongst corporate - what does he mean?

There's a few questions waiting to be answered and we're now past the 7:30pm time limit these guys have offered, so if I could ask that there be no further questions from this point.

Thank you all.

Our level of corporate support stays strong, despite poor results on field.

I've just addressed that in the Politics thread for you showbag.

Thanks mate
