Gee have we all become that jaded that no-one has any enthusiasm for ins and outs?
"Drop all of them, trade all of them bring in all the younsgters...." That's not why anyone's here!

I see Adelaide as being a team with strong bodies but not much speed or skill....they generally don't post high scores and win by closing the opposition down man on man rather than flooding or such like tactices.

I think we should be looking at midfield speed as well as some strong bodies around the ground.....It's tricky...but ironically I don't see too many changes.

Assuming our injuries (French, Stevens?) play

Ins: Bowyer
Out: Scotland

Beliebe it or not I would also be thinking about Clarke as an inclusion....possibly for Bannister

I'll be devastated if KAde, Walker, Bentick or Betts are dropped....
In the words of Sheahan..."Whadda you think?"

Back In: Two or three who were dropped over the last couple of weeks
Back Out: A couple who’ve come in over the last couple of weeks and mostly sat on the bench; and maybe one who doesn’t come up from injury.

New: Nil (again).

Enough enthusiasm for you?

Out: Bannister, Scotland

Despite the relative shortness of the Crows forward line, we need to get the structure right. He has to be brought in.

Clarke deserves it on effort, unlike Scotland who needs to run around a bit in the 2s.. Presumedly Scotland is in the last year of his contract so his poor form now means we can recontract him for not much in future for when he turns it back on. Clarke will have to take on one of the big guns, he wont win, but he can hopefully pressure some mistakes.

Campo to tag Goodwin

Looks good to me Molsey. Can't see how you could justify keeping Bannister in the side at the moment.

That would make Bannister our Ted Richards- in one week, out the next. Should we just swap him & Davies each time?

Being a Sun game we'll only get a squad tonight anyway and will have to wait until tomorrow I think.

They may be tempted to rest Barnaby for a week.

So I'll go with:

In: Prenda, Livo, Clarke
Out: Barnaby (inj), Bannister, Scotland

Prenda to the ruck for the first bounce and get him to use his fitness by running around everywhere.

Gee thanks Jezza...

Molsey agree on Livo...just wondering if he wasn't ready last week, why a bye (in the VFL) would've helped?
Can't see Longmuire has done anything to warrant a recall?

If French is out we are officially in a lot of trouble....I can see it down the Roos throat more often than not. Prenda in or not

I'm asking for big bodies but I don't see any midfielders in this area....

At least this week we'll ALL (in Vic anyway) get to see the Bullants play so maybe we'll have more enthusaism next week.

Believe it or not this is a good game for us IF we can play accountable footy. I don't believe the crows are a skill level above us. We're going to be outgunned in muscle, they will be outgunned in pace...

I wouldn't drop McGrath, I think he needs to be used either on the wing or HFF for a change. The kiddies should stay in, they can learn from guys like Riccuto.
Yes Bannister and Scotland could do with a run in the twos.
Clarke sounds like he deserves a chance.
We need Livo back and Prenda in form would be handy.
I'd like to see Setanta get another chance before he's put back on the rookie list, but I doubt that will happen, we are so conservative.
I know more ins than outs, but hey it's a squad for Sunday.
Regards Pedro.

Why would we drop Prenda last week and bring him in this week? There was no Bullants game so it's not like he's proved his spot in the side since being omitted.

I would rest French, regardless of fitness test, and bring in Bryan. I've said it many times, he has been in our Top 5 (for Bullants) all year. If anybody has earned a spot in the side, it's him!

In:- Bryan, Livo.

Out:- French (Inj), Scotland (omitted),

(and maybe Russell in for Bannister. Although i would like to see a player given more than just one match to prove himself before being dropped!)

It's time to see if Bryan can cut it. He must play, French will miss and DeLuca can't cope in the ruck on his own all day.
Livingston to come in and add something to the backline.
And I'd be tempted to give Russell his first game as well

Outs for me are Scotland, Bannister (looked completely out of it on Saturday!) and McGrath (just not doing enough ATM)

I hate seeing Jordy Bannister in and out of the side. OK he's not playing great at the moment - but he should be in the backline...I reckon back pocket for mine...he's quick and he's got good defensive skills...and he has to better than Bentick. Give him 1 task...not 20 like Denis has been asking of him.

Memo to everyone. Bentick won't make it. His skills are terrible. He calls for the ball whilst running backwards like a boundary umpire and this has resulted in turnovers+goals 2 weeks running. He is just like Jimmy Plunkett - and I believe he will be a worthy aquisition to North Ballarat next year. I've seen him at training and his kicking is shocking. How on earth did he make it on to an AFL list without a weapon of any sort.

you're calling for benticks head yet say bannisters not had enough of a chance to get settled?

do you realise this is benticks second game this year, with limited game time?

give him a chance FFS he's got three years on banno to start with.

Well said Gez. Up until recently Bentick was one of the better kicks on teh list too; i'm OK to admit that it has really dropped off (like Houla) but normally his passing is fantastic.

Bentick getting games in his second year on an AFL list shows how good the kid is, Dr.Sherrin. You may say it's because our list is bad, well, there's heaps of threads on that and the ladded says I shouldn't disagree.

If French is injured then I would bring in Bryan.

Livo may come in but didn't play well in his return Bullies game.

Would try and give all players a run for a few games to see who stands up.
