Is he gone? What's happened, did I miss something :? .

I sent an email to Ralph also, and got the same reply. It's a simple copy/paste process that gets repeated hourly down at AW.

I liked Hutchy when he was a young up and comer.
Now he's become a big mouthed gutter dwellar.

Hopefully he'll learn something from the experience.

The axe on Hutchy, couldn't happened to a nicer bloke.

Curious to see if he fronts the Footy Show tonight.

Thanks Effes, makes alot more sense now.

3AW needs to do a complete re-build ala the Blues. That means from Rex down. I'm sick to F-ing death of Rex and the singing and chanting BS he carries on with.

Surely there's enough up and coming ex players who could step into the broadcast box and give us something new for a change.

Huddo's still the best caller for any medium imo. He actually calls the game as it happens :? .

Seemingly a smart move by Gary Lyon to jump ship last year...

Hi Mike,

As always you are welcome to your opinion. However, we're delighted by
Dwayne's work with Sports Today, and the ratings - which were as good as
ever last year - tell us that the majority of listeners are too.

Thank God for SEN. My mates were right and I can no longer listen to the
prattling brayings of this ex-hack. Vale Hooksie and goodbye 3AW. What
was I thinking? Mike - Kinglake.

You should keep the email. Those that live by ratings, die by ratings.

Once ST ratings fall because of the buffoon, send it back to Ralphie and tell him where to shove his ratings

Its time

You must email him again and say 'I told you to sack him.'

I wish I had the email Brendan McKenna sent me from FoxFooty - he deservedly copped it up the clacker as well - pompous arse.

wonder if Hutchy will 'break the hot footy story' about his own demise doing his usual hatchect job on the person involved with scurilous allegations. :P

Be great to see a couple of TV crews hound him everywhere he goes for a couple of days. Maybe follwo him on the bus and ask him every 5 mins for an 'exclusive'!

Hutchy is slime of the lowest order and I get the feeling is about to wind up with no career. Brought to 9 to break stories, we've had gibberish and self important drivel from this guy.

If you have to endure him on TV again, watch the hand clasping! hes been to media school and they've obviously pointed it out as an issue for him however he still doesn't know what to do with his hands. :-D

Russel is an absolute discrace, just can't stand him and he should have been given the sack.

I have to admit that I still listen to 3AW on footy matchdays except for Saturday nights when Dwayne Russell is calling. He is the most irritating caller around. His hatred for the Blues is beyond a joke. How Fox Sports employed him to call the footy on TV is also mind boggling.

Have to admit i'm a big Rex fan.
MMMMMMMMMMMYYYYYYYYYYYY Fevola is fantastic, especially when it was sung 8 times against the bummers.
As for Dwayne Russell, not on AW tonight, hopefully he's on his way back to the ferals at Port Adelaide.Suck on my fat one Dwayne :-D :-D :-D

BTW- I reckon the Big Man who travels by train (Tony Leonard) is the best of the lot, humorous and accurate :)

I reckon Tony Leonard is an excellent caller. Very underrated in my opinion. His call of the Blues v Bulldogs game at the MCG was fantastic. Being a Dogs supporter he showed no bias whatsoever. Calls it with gusto as he sees it.
Unlike Dwayne Russell who left the box at the completion of the Blues v Port game. Too much to handle after his side had been belted. His call of that game was also a joke. This guy has serious issues.

Just saw the smug wanker on TFS. Would be great to see him get the bullet for his woeful TV efforts too....If there was someone with less reason to love themselves I've never seen them...

I missed it. Was anything said about it? No doubt he would've pulled out the "I won't discuss my private life on-air" excuse if it was, right before showing us footage of him shoving a mic on Chris Tarrant's face.

smarmy bastard. eat it. can't stand hutchy. absolute slimeball. was listening to the after game talk back after the port game and his arrogant and smarmy responses to peoples' criticism of the call would have just about signed his own warrant. clearly thought he was above the 'common man's' criticisms and treats every one like they are an idiot. start looking for a new career path moron. your days in football are numbered. :x

I can't believe SEN haven't made more impression on the ratings.

They have some very good callers and the best special comments people on the radio.

If you haven't listened, I suggest you do so.

MMM aren't much better than AW, who I cannot listen to.
