Driving into Lygon st the other day from the Brunswick end...and couldn't help noticing all the carlton flags blowing in the wind. Apparently these are all over Carlton right down Lygon and down towards Royal pde. I love it. Gives the feel of "our territory"...the heartland if you like of the Navy Blue...Felt very proud to be a Blues man. God I love this club. Made me want a second coffee whilst sitting out in front of Brunetti's too... :-D

Makes me want to board the next Virgin flight to Tullamarine just to experience it.

Just hope the feeling hasn't died since the Hawthorn thrashing!

I love this club .. I love Lygon Street .. I loved the feeling of walking through there on game night (can't imagine it when we actually win) ..

Spotted them from one of my classrooms at Melbourne Uni, they were only the size of postage stamps in the distance but they stood out like a sore thumb.

Amazing how the brain can be drawn to different things.

Only two days left in Beijing and then to Melbourne. I reckon I should be in Lygon for Lunch on Wednesday...

Do like a coffee at Borders between ordering books/CD/DVD's, maybe a movie at Nova and lunch where ever the mood takes me.

After lunch a visit to the Carlton shop in Faraday St and then back to the city.

A day to look forward to.

Yeah they're at the top end near Melb Uni.... about 6 i think... massive flags.
But the better ones are down the City end intersection of Lygon and Victoria st.

Looks awesome
