Whitehead.

Walker is too valuable a player to send back out and risk suffering further damage. The game was already over. Andrew showed courage to come back onto the ground, but he should have been forced to sit on the bench for the second half.

So you've got the medical staff in your sights SB?

Rhetorical question there SB - of course it was Pagan's fault. I don't even know why we bother to spend money on medical staff as Pagan apparently is a medical expert.

Tex will miss a month.

"The athletic utility is understood to have twice dislocated his shoulder during the game, but remained on the field in the Blues' ignominious 100-point defeat."

there is courage and then there is stupidity - to dislocate you shoulder and for the good of the team stay on in a tight contest is courage

To play on after dislocated your shoulder twice when you are getting flogged is stupidity

This with the Whitnal knee the injury Fev been carrying - Nick Stevens playing on after he injured his neck- some one down there needs to take a good look at themselves

tkae it easy, depends on the severity of the dislocation.

did an ankle once, and "thought" it was okay, played the last two quarters with no ill effects.

finished the game had a shower, sat down, and noticed that my ankle was the size of a small footy :(

went to doc, i snapped all of the tendons - but the point is, i didnt feel it so continued on.

i was hazard that tex was in the same boat, he didnt do it like Harry O'brien did it, just minor by the sounds of it

On the homepage of the CFC site it says Walker's injury is 1-2 weeks.

They should take the conservative approach with him. Every 'out' for the second half ofd the year should be viewed as a chance to audition young players. I don't really want to see Walks replaced by Teague or something daft like that, I wanna see him replaced by Grigg, or Anderson. So if Walks is out for 4, Grigg gets 4 weeks of seniors...

Wow, I wish I could intercept the phone calls as well as you SB.

I won't bother to try to create all of the other scenarios, as I don't find as much excitement in trying to speculate.

But when you know for sure, please tell us.

And you might also give us your speculation about the conversations surrounding Schwartz's ill-fated return from a knee injury, Adrian Whitehead''s inclusion despite his foot problems, Greg Williams playing despite bone-on-bone grinding, Nathan Buckley playing against us despite recurrent hamstring injuries resulting in one of the worst hamstring injuries ever seen by surgeons ...

And try to add a bit of conversation with Pagan in each of those incidents so we can see how he was responsible.

I could do but I doubt in those instances thier teams were heading for a 100 point floggings at the time

Do you see the point

What happened to the line- This game is shot just sit it out and we will look at it tommorrow

That's the spirit, BB. Now just address the other ones, and we'll all be the wiser.

And maybe you could add the one involving SOS in the final against Brisbane in 2000 in which we were 60 odd points ahead of them coming into the last quarter. SOS had come into the game with a hamstring worry, but played anyway.

He could easily have been taken off, but he wasn't.

Then he ripped his hamstring tendon from his bone and there ended any hope we had of winning the PF rematch against the Dons the following week.

If only Pagan hadn't left him on, we might have won a premiership

I do only do requests on "2 dollar Tuesday's" but I am avaliable for:

Birthday parties
Weddings
Functions at Kirribilli
Bahmitzvahs
Xmas parties

The SOS / DP convo costs extra...$3.95 per minute and more form mobiles.

But the circumstances of the injury do raise questions. Maybe Mike & Dan could do an interview with him about his bravery and draw out of him why he went back on?

Short of that, it's just speculative and votes on any censure motion will follow party lines.
