I'm with you T7, if you log on to ticketmaster late this arvo you may score some AFL members tickets - usually works for me. If not I will probably stand rather then sit on the top deck in the dark.

Yeah i know, pretty sure they release aisle's 10 and 11 (well a decent chunk of them) on matchday

Sitting in Section 32-33 so will have the binoculars trained on you Steve. Make sure you wear a Carlton scarf and Jumper so that I can spot you in the crowd. :-D

Level 1, Section 41, for me. Right near the wing if I remember correctly (haven't been to Telstra for a while).

Was at the ground at 4 and after 2 hours of trying i had no luck

Sit at the top, look down and there was empty rows in aisles 9. 10 and 11

Death to Collo and his shambles of a ground

No matter where you sat, the view was definitely awful on the night.

From the age today.

http://www.realfooty.com.au/news/news/blues-fume-over-missing-members-seats-at-dome/2007/06/16/1181414611771.html

Quote:
CARLTON chief executive Greg Swann will ask Telstra Dome officials why three bays of seats for Blues social club members were sold to the public before Friday night's 100-point thrashing by Hawthorn.

Now that is rough, getting kicked out of your allocated seats and then have to watch the game.

Not surprising when you sell your sole to the AFL and sign a commercially ridiculous 10 year lease on a stadium that can't cope with a crowd.

The AFL is a corrupt joke.

What happened to "Best fit"?

This match should have gone to the 'G, where another 10K, including the Hawk bludgers who were getting in for free, could have easily been accommodated.

The ground was over filled IMO. Standing room was at least half a dozen deep around the whole ground which is ridiculous considering the ground isn't designed for standing room.
