Pros - I wont have to read all those feel good Pagan stories in the paper for a while . Nearly threw up reading some of that garbage about how good was that was about this week

Cons Have two weeks of Mav trying to tell us how that game we played tonight was a similar plan to the one used by the West Coast Eagles when they lost to the Hawks

Cons - We may never get those sorts of numbers as members or crowd size if results like tonight continue

Left at the 7 min mark of the fourth quarter, and not a minute too soon. @#$%&! cold too.

PROS (I'll try my best)

1. Walker's goal - should be goal of the week

2. Murph's nice move on Crawford in the back pocket on the boundary at the Coventry end.

3. We're most likely getting pick 2 - recruiters should be working on that one already.

4. dunno

5. dunno (if I think of something I'll post again)

CONS

1. Ruck - anyone still reckon Ackland's ok?

2. Clearances - every ball up may as well have been a Hawthron free kick. The stats won;t show how bad our clearances were cos even when we won it, we were under so much pressure it turned over.MURDERED around the ball

3. Willingness to run - hard when you're getting belted, but Hawthron just commit to running the lines, we chased their arses. No commitment from the Blues to catch men. A chronic problem of ours has been lack of ability to force turnovers in between arcs - they controlled the mid50

4. Reality - Opinions will differ, but IMO the reality of the CFC in 2007 is more aptly represented by this week, not last week. We are improving, no doubt, but we have too many players that aren't the future in that 22, which leads me to.........

5. Having to watch the team that redeveloped right - They're 2 years ahead of us draft-wise, but I can;t see us playing like that in 2 years. If you think about it, we won games in the last 2 weeks on the back of solid performances from guys who are not the futures like Saddington, Bannister, Wiggins and Ackland. Clarkson's plan would've seen us play Hartlett, Bower and Kennedy and lose cos they're not right yet. And that's why we won;t get the PP. Probably win 5 or 6 games - not worth it.

Great way to enter the break

by the way,

if lappin can't be arsed, he doesn't have to play. we're not forcing him.

If simmo wants to play long term football, he can;t act like a deer in headlights when forced onto his right foot. Very frustrating.

Pros:
Moments of walker, gibbs and murphy.

Cons: Pagan's beating of any natural football sense, skill, anticipation and wile out of anyone half decent.

We didn't play 10 other kids - would we have lost by as much?

Skills are terrible.

Ruckman? I'll take around the tin to pay out Ackland - he is a stain on our proud jumper.

Lance. Finished. full stop.

Pros : Carrazo becoming a consistant performer with 30+ tonight, although most of them were non-effective

CONS :

1- Pace : we lost the game tonight becuase of pace. We were too Slow... i couldnt beleieve it.... the hawks kept running and running, and we were so slow...Our night was sumped up 5 minutes into the game, when Bentick was running towards the 50's, and got caught from behind..

2- Auckland: he must be Droped and for good. Surely a part time Amature Ruckman can get more than 2 possesions a game???

The Moment of the match came through Channel 7. At 3QT, the Boundry commentator said that the Carlton coaching stuff took Kouta aside to ask him what they can do to change things around..

Kouta shook his head and said " forget it, there is not much we can do now "

You're not wrong about Gibbs but the only other pass that went straight tonight was the one at the start of the game that hit Fev on the chest. He dropped it and things went from bad to worse. Flower what a debacle!

Plus Whitnall who is a huge albatross on Carlton's neck and doesn't deserve to get a game each week. The PP is irrelevent because the young players learn more in a winning side and we saw some more development from the young players tonight. We just need to trade to get us another early draft pick and leave it up to the recruiters to find a diamond in the rough like Birchall.

Pros: 9 pubs

Cons: Denis's strategic move of moving Lance from CHB to CHF with a spell on the bench the back to CHF

I have had to change my sig. to 24 beltings over 60 points - enough is enough.

On SEN they were just saying it was 25 losses over 10 goals.

Better check...

Pros - Nil

Cons - Players believing the hype and thought it would happen by magic.
- Players ball watching when the ball is inside 50 and allowing an opponent to wander into space like it was a Sunday drive.
- Some very sad individual performance from players who we all hoped had turned the corner.
- smashed every which way from front to back.
- lazy football.
- dumb footballers who are never proactive
- 2 steps forward and 4 steps back.
- WE WERE SMASHED 7 WAYS FROM SUNDAY.

Regards Cazzesman
