Not me... I want to see Carrazzo serve a decent apprenticeship in defence before we throw him in the 'deep-end' that is the midfield. He's performing well in defence, why fix him if he ain't broken?

I prefer the analagy of "Why Plant that tree in the backyard when it grows fine in that little pot"

The guy basically does play in the middle anyway. I just want to formalise it by giving him the toughest job around.... and, rest him every 3rd week or so in the back pocket.

I think the time has come to make the official Carrazzo, Cory McGrath switcheroo. Cory to the backline, Carrazzo onto the man in the middle..... with a rotation for the fitter blokes.

WHO'S WITH ME!!!??

I like it.
He played in the middle for a lil bit of the wiz cup and got it out a few times. Cory McGrath has a lovely foot.........................just like Carazzo so it will be a win win for all.

Never been off his bandwagon and while his kicking isnt his strong point I think his other skills more than make up for the odd error.
Chris Johnson misses targets everynow and then and the Lions live with it because he does so much damage when he gets its right...I think Carazzo while not as skilled is in the same boat..he will make mistakes but the attack and run he gives us is worth more than the skill errors...

Well, I'm with you Tyrant ... but agree a bit with Deano too. He's still such a kid in football terms and even though I reckon Cory could be a good BP option, I'm happy with the way Carrots is developing. The nature of the game will see he gets a bit of time in the middle. I like his ability to find a bit of time when getting the ball out of defence, he also has a bit of knack with his second efforts of forcing a turn over that may not result in a direct stat for him, but provides an opportunity for his teammates to get the ball out of defence.

He's a wee ripper!

Yup. sounds good. I'd even be happy with the odd ten minute foray into the guts to see how he goes.

with good skills he'd be another campo, but he's coming along nicely and doing a top job.

it's those South Australian radio commentators ... if they actually know an opposition player's name and mention it a lot, and even say he's playing very well, then he must be doing something right! :D

Malcolm plays golf now doesn't he, like he did when coaching the Saints?

Yep! keep them quality outlandish remarks comin!

Yes, well done Carrazzo. I believe I called you the complete package last week, who only lacked foot skills. If you've got them now, then... well...... you aint incomplete no more.

Some of you, though... really.

I can just see Campo come back, play a good solid 4 qtr game in a few weeks, and all the "AH HA!! SUCK SHIT SYNBAD!!! YOU WERE WRONG!!!" posts.

Some of you are intellectual jackals. And some of the cleverer among you are egging them on.

And WE'RE bringing down the quality of the discussion

Sorry if people took my post the wrong way. My intentions wern't necessarily aimed at the posters of this site, who generally are fair minded people. It was more me venting frustration about the crap I was hearing at the Collingwood game from fellow supporters who were around me. I guess this was just not the place to let off a bit of steam as I guess those to whom it was directed will probably not read it.

I used to think that he looked like a cross between Peter McConville and Eric Estrada, but now am wondering if he knows, 'Who's the Boss" ?
