It was referring to the fact that it has been a long time between drinks for another name to go under David's.

I dont know why but every time I see his name I think its Bert Thornton.

I'll always call him Bert.

Great effort T-Bird. A guy who never gives less than 110% and regardless of what happened at the end of last year, a guy that I believe bleeds navy blue and white.

Here's to the next 100 being more enjoyable than the first!

Quirky wasn't bad, either.

Great player just which we had the Silvagni and Dean and Mckay like the old days he would have played in lots of winning games.

He has had a tough first 100 games, but the great thing we getting players playing 70-100 games and to be successful you need some of them not just kids playing game 17,thats why it amazes me when people want to trade players like Houilhan and Thornton and anyone who has played more then 80 games that we dont have much, some clubs have like 10-14 players played more then 80 games,100,200 game players.

Tbird can hold his head high.

I hope he loves seeing his locker next week 8) and remains true blue for the rest of his career.

Played a very good milestone game.

His 'locker' on the Blueseum has been updated, 5th player on the Blueseum 32 locker.

Congrats T-bird, Thorny, Bert.

Great match for the 100th, nice to see he got the match ball at the end.

Has given his all, and then some, over the entire time he's played for us, often trying to be the tiny bucket bailing the floodwaters inundating the backline.

Great game...backed courageously into a few packs, won the one on oneswhen he needed to but the best bit was the smother in the last when the doggies were running down the wing.

Congrats Bret
