The Agitator on SEN just claimed that the Carlton players are throwing games so that Denis Pagan will "fall on his sword".

He wouldn't name his source but it was people within the club.

Apparently after the Roos game the players went and talked to Wayne Brittain and didn't even speak to Pagan.

I guess the guy likes to be controversial but it's an interesting comment.

Pagan doesn't need any help with that.

How many players would even know Britten anyway,
Kouta
Fev
Thornton
Wiggo

What a toss whoever that was calling into SEN.

The Agitator is actually a panel member on SEN who comes on periodically (maybe once a week?) and makes comments like above to fire people up.

Sources closely connected to the club tell me that Nick Stevens had his neck operation to try to bring Pagan down, even though he wasn't even injured. Wow

Nick Stevens actually had to get a growth removed from his neck.

It was to prevent Pagan from dancing with his cyst.

I'm sick of all the Bozo's they let on air - all day long - who love to stick the boots into Carlton.

The ones who say "ha ha you're on the bottom", "ha ha you cheated you are getting what you deserved", or the ones who still say "we cheated to win the 1995 Premiership" - these are mainly Essendon* supporters with very short memories  .

In particular the whinging sooks who barack for Footscray (Chris from Werribee  ) and St. Kilda who go on and on and on about how good it feels to see Carlton on the bottom of the ladder.

Well my whingeing Victorian Football Supporters - we have given you all 5 years of an opportunity to finally take up the slack - 5 years for you to finally end your suffering - 5 years to pull your weight in the competition.

5 Years to win a flowering Premiership.

Where the @#$%&! hell are you??

Come on show us what you have @#$%&! got.

Win a @#$%&! flag.

That will @#$%&! show us.

I heard a rumour from a very close source that Mitchell and Pagan don't get along.

What he actually said was that some members of the coaching staff went and had a beer with wayne brittain (probably Braddles, Ratten, and Sticks), no mention of players. As for the 'falling on sword' stuff , FFS!!

No disrespect Bunks, but the "Agitator' is full of crap. It is obvious why we are losing. We are not good enough yet, but we will be.
