We need full time player development coaches - and I don't mean Bradley & Ratten as they are assistant coaches that are working specifically with the midfield & forward line respectively.

We need at least two development coaches full time to help with the younger players development with teaching the players on the finer points of the game, putting video's together of players that they should be emulating their game on, honing in on skill deficiencies, and what it takes to make it in the AFL.

This is the difference between our youngsters and youngsters at say Collingwood, Brisbane, or even Port.

As it stands, Bradley is part time assistant coach and development coach as is Ratten.

I hope there is a football department review (not by Kernahan either) at the year end that addresses this and the senior coaching role.

At least the youngsters will be freed up next year when we pick up Juddy in the preseason draft.

Lets stick him in the back pocket and round off his education!
