Also the other day I bought a chocolate bar... it was called a GIBBS bar.

I put in my back pocket so it could work on it's defensive side.... but I left it there all day and it melted.

This is a real issue as much as we have derided the post.

The average supporter can not handle these frustrations - year in year out we go in with confidence and by round 5 its shot - so much hope built up over the off season for it all to come crumbling down so early in the piece.

There's only so much of this frustration people can take.

Now i will buy my membership and merchandise regardless but as witnessed here others won't.

We have a real issue on our hands here - one thats bigger than worrying about draft picks etc -

There could be a real backlash if something isn't done soon- especially with everyones inflated false hopes that Pratt would come riding in and clean the joint out.

Rightfuly or wrongfully there's a lot of frustrated and dissapointed carlton members/supporters out there who can't handle the pain much longer.

I fear Pratt has to do something and do it soon - even if its just making a stand in the media against the umpires - we need to be seen to taking action - because from the outside it can look at times that we are soft and sitting back doing nothing.

We are in a bad enough financial situation without people baling out now.
I live in Mexico. I get nothing for my membership. My mate, Beatle has my ticket in case he wants to take a friend to the footy. He lives interstate so he gets to go about three or four times a year on a good year.
There are lots of members like us who give more than we get.
The club needs us all.
It is your right not to renew your membership. It is your money and the club has no right to it, nor claim to it.
But it DOES need it.

As an aside, Kevin Sheedy has a membership in every Victorian club, including Carlton. So does Sam Newman apparently (his only savng grace in my opinion if that is the case).

Think about it carefully before you urge an exodus. if you want to influence the decision on the coach, you can always go to an AGM and vote.
