You know Dick has come on board if you havent heard already...what has changed...new CEO, new facilities for the admin team, new shop at PP, new Footy Manager...what hasnt changed...Still cant win a @#$%&! game!!! Newsflash Dick, this is a @#$%&! football club, what happens when the team runs out is all that counts. The rest is superflous regardless of what the club may spin!!!! I hate what our FOOTBALL club has become, which is basically the new St Kilda. We are a joke and may never win another premiership!!!

PS. What has been said in the previous paragraph was partially alcohol induced...but you get the basic feeling!!!

Sorry mate, I forgot that footy was now a business and premierships were won off the field. We are a joke. Will only lose todays game by a couple of goals, but to who? The Kangaroos are basically a very ordinary team.

we were in dire financial shape...it was getting to the stage where the club might not have been able to continue in its current form. We now have a club called Carlton, based in Melbourne, in better financial shape.

what more do you want pratt to have done?

Clarly the rules wont allow us to buy a new team, my point exactly, we are still a joke where it matters, on the field!!! And there is no light at the end of the tunnel.

Why is it peculiar that I think that we arent progressing as a FOOTBALL club when measured against the clubs that count!!! Newsflash CB, we arent doing anything positive in a football sense as far as movement up the ladder...the best indicator of this IMO is our percentage...for about 5 years now it has been the worst consistently in the AFL...sure we have managed to score ok this year but our defense leaks like a sieve, and is clearly the worst in the AFL, even when measured against Richmonds!!!! This isnt improving in any way and in fact is worse this year than previous years. Who cartes that we are raising money now (the meaning of the whole thread), I dont follow this club because we are the richest or the most powerful or anything else, I fillow this club to see us win. Cant @#$%&! remember what theat feels like!!!

Not knocking Pratt for what he's done - it's a good start.

But the ultimate benchmark is onfield success.
