Agree with what you say but the results of a coaches performance shouldn't be printed in the media  especially when it is a self review. This is not the place to be bagging yourself and telling the world how pooh you may be.

I have no doubt the coaching staff get together and measure their own performance after each round. This is the only way a team can improve.

I also have no doubt that Big Dick is reviewing the performance of our coaching staff after each round.

But for a coach to come out and make public that the team is not performing because he flowered up a few decisions will never happen.

Its far easier to point the finger at 19 year old kids and expect them to carry the can. :?

The question they like asking at job interviews is "tell me about a time when you made a mistake".

It's uncomfortable, but it's necessary to say that you have made mistakes. Passing off responsibility onto someone else is human but it's also the worst thing to do - and if you say you haven't made any mistakes during the interview - they'll think you're lying and won't employ you.

Without admitting mistakes, you can't move forward. Do what you said in the media re: Brendan and admit that because there's no one perfect in the world, admit that you made a mistake with some match ups etc.
