Just received a CFC Season Guide from the club. It's not much that we don't already know but it actually seems a whole lot better than the usual gumph that comes out of the club. It's in A5 format and has about 16 pages of history/records stuff at the back plus some articles up the front from the usual suspects and a page per player profile in the middle.

Congrats to the club for doing something and hopefully next year's will build on what they've given us this year.

Just got it as well.

I like the A5 format, costs $9.95 for non members now.

Blueseum gets a mention in the middle page. :-D

Much better production overall.

Just got mine - quite late, but at least I'll have something to do this evening!

1. Why did murphy change his hair to black
2. Who is that wearing some of the merchandise? Can't recognise him - the first page of 'the carlton shop 2007' and on the bottom right and also with the carlton guernsey???

i also got mine today...i laughed when i read Michael Jamison's profile comment from Denis Pagan, 'Running Defender who has shown real promise. Played VFL with North Ballarat last year and expect him to grow more in 2006'...i wonder if The Editor realises what year it is haha.

Exactly my plan .. a little miffed that it was only A5 format.

Saw Murphy on Before the Game on Ten last week, and Dave Hughes was fawning all over him. He or someone asked about the Darker hair and he said he dyed it a lighter colour (I assume the colour he normally uses) and it came out red, so he re-dyed it the darker colour.

I personally love the new format.

I would say its late because of the new CEO appointment.

Although Swanny only appears on page 3, I think they wanted the position filled before sending them out.

I enjoyed reading it last night.

First one I actually read in a while so they must have done something right.

Didn't list player's nicknames. Very dissappointed.

Very impressed.

Something I did notice when looking at the squad photo was how slight we look as a group. My son has a picturre of the 2000 year up in his room and you really notice the difference in body size back then compared to now.

Very very impressed.

Great sized booklet.

Better late than never.

Page 10-11 with WBY is a hit...both in name and in substance...who is the writer...bloody fantastic.

Player sponsors mentioned, also history, page per player, new CEO, President....the whole bloody Carlton team...

This shows me that Carlton is looking at itself in a most professional light.

Well done to all involved in this publication.

If I wasn't a member I would gladly pay the retail price.
