I just re-newed my membership and coming down for the big game. I have goose bumps just thinking about it.

Spoke to a guy at the club and he said to be able to purchase a guest pass to the Social Club I need to do so at Level 2 – Lindsay Hasset Room.

Does anyone know which side of the ground this room is? Is this a room where Social Club supporters meet like the Sticks Room at the Dome?

I plan to purchase guest passes for as many Essendon* supporter friends as possible so I can watch them cry in their beer.

Carlton vs Essendon* - this what I look forward to during summer. :-D

Clayman, the Lindsey Hassett room is the social club room that we use at the G but I'm not sure about purchasing tickets from that room. It would mean you'd have to go inside the ground, buy the ticket & then get a pass out to give your friends the tickets. That doesn't sound right to me??

Oh, and for god's sake - why they hell do you have Essendon* supporting friends??

Bluegirl has a good point re your Essenscum supporter friends...what the??? Having said that, the Hassett room is accessed through Gate 4 at the G, level 2.

I also think that is wrong. I thought you got the guest pass either at P.P. or perhaps by cuing up at the ticketing booth at the M.C.G.

If I'm getting guest passes I normally book it through ticketmaster or at the gate.

The gentleman at the club told me to purchase a GA at the gate and then purchase a guest pass at the Hassett room.

Thanks for the directions.

The Lindsay Hassett room is in the Great Southern Stand on Level 2 at the MCG.

You will find the room is situated right behind N7 on Level 2, my seat for the season at the MCG is in this section so you will see me there on Saturday...

At the Richmond game there were big pictures of Setanta O'hAilpin, Bryce Gibbs and Andrew Walker - the future of the club!
