Gotta say I'm pretty happy we don't have 3 knobs like Lloyd, Lucas and Fletcher at our club.

In saying that our boys are going to have to be on their game this week.

Gee eric...that's so unfair...Lloyd 30 next year...

Apply the same to us and we have Kennedy AND Murphy both turn 20.... Looks mightly different doesn't it...

I would be happy with Lucas at chf for us at the moment.

But sure, as that goal to goal line develops / matures great.

hate to defend the filth that is the EFC* - but what Sheedy would counter with is throwing up pathetic examples of who will take these players places - I can't be bothered working it out but I would say that they believe they have replacements ready for when the time comes....................I don't necessarily agree with this

Amen Scott!

We hear the same shit every @#$%&! year and every @#$%&! year the media swallow it like oysters washed down with chilled Chalbis. It's ridiculous the easy run they get.

We've got pace - Russell, Simpson, Betts
We've got exciting KPP players - JFK, Carlos
We've got A DAMN SIGHT MORE YOUTH THAN THEM and still the Baby Bombers shit spews forth. Hate it hate it hate it hate it hate it.

Ryder
Mcphee
Stanton/Monfries
Gumbleton
Johns

re: the pace

Lovett, Davey, Jetta, Winderlich and Dempsey are very quick....they are up in the express category...like Wojinski showed we dont have anyone that quick...except for Benjiman who is work in progress.....

Wojinksi made our players look like statues and he was having to bounce the ball, which slows you down.....
All of the above are front runners though....deny them the footy and slam their little bodies into the turf when you tackle them and you can overcome the lack of pace......

Don't discount Kepler Bradley so quickly. It was pretty clear that he got too big, too quick.

Johns is garbage though... The attention on him allows Kepler to sneak under the radar.

They are doing exactly what we did in 2004...

They think they've bottomed out, but they haven't. So what they've done now is to group together some old champions, and bring in some re-treads and hope that they can win a flag. But all they are doing is papering over cracks in a wall, and all it will cost them is a shot at draft picks number 1 and 2 this year, and ensure that they'll really bottom out when Lucas, Hird, Lloyd, and Fletcher hang up the boots.

Remember when we came tenth on the back of Teague, French, Bannister, etc? Well this is just Essendon*'s way of copying.

if they try to make him the next Dustin Fletcher, like what they are doing at the moment he will end up shit. (Don't know why clubs try to do that)
