My family is over from NZ this weekend and I have to play the dutiful brother (and brother-in-law and uncle) and miss round one. Is there any chance of getting a recording of the game from someone?

More than happy (very happy in fact) to recompense DVD / VHS and postage costs for anyone who can do this for me. Alternatively, if you're in Melbourne YOU can win a night out with htp at the pub of your choice in exchange for handing said recording over to me LIVE AND IN PERSON.

OK - having trawled through Sunday night's FTA programming, the unprecedented AFL coverage continues - ergo, neither 7 nor 10 are playing another match this weekend. They did Frinight ..Sat pm (I think - I was out, but I doubt it because they did); Sat night .. and Sun pm. Later in the year they might start picking up the slack, but I seriously doubt it.

So, if they win, can I have a copy too?
