Certainly had the better of Roughead at this stage. Been very rock solid in defence so far, especially in contrast to the likes of T-Bird, Scoots and Walker at times being found wanting for accuracy by foot.

Has looked to go on a few loping runs down the ground with the ball, only for a couple of delayed or down the ground frees to go against him. Shattering stuff

Certainly been one of the best tonight, despite not having stood out heaps.

I hate Hawthorn, their pathetic jumper and their over-rated list of kids.

SMASH THE BASTARDS!

PS. Has there ever been a better number one pick than Murphy?

Loved it when Walker put his foot on the pedal and ran away from a hawks player.

Bit annoyed in the way Mitchell was able to run ahead of the contest and receive the knock from the third man up while his opponent was ball watching

I guess we'll find out as Gibbs matures...

Setanta has just been okay. Dropped one easy mark but his kicking has been good. Another good learning curve for him playing in the backline.

Lance has been quiet. I see that they ran the ball away from him and a goal to them! Mmmmm....
