Finally got through the audit (hate to be an auditor ).

Out of the roughly 1100 players to have played a senior game for the blues only 512 remain without picture in their player profiles.

So we already have a picture for over 50% of all carlton players.

When it was created people said the TalkingPlayers forum was a bad idea almost for the same reason. Now its been running almost a year people know if they want to post their thoughts on a player, or see the thoughts of others, thats where they go.

If its not getting the attention it deserves we can move the thread to a more appropriate forum.

I was really surprised when it was first made a global announcement anyway, so like I said I am grateful for the time and exposure it did have.

Molsey and I tend to do a few Blueseum threads on the main forum as it is anyway (such as the recent 'in search of' thread) so it will not be too much different anyway.

OK, tech-heads, here I am in TalkingFutures and as requested I'll give this a go...

Today I've sent off another letter to all Directors of Carlton introducing them to the Blueseum. It's a 2 page letter informing them of the highlights of the site, the Netguide nomination, and reiterating our offer to give the site to the Club as a gift from the fans.

I spoke directly with Greg Lee about the letter before sending it off and he thought it would be a good idea.

I am sure the response will be better than the last mailout, in which I got one letter from M.Malouf on behalf of G.Smorgon.

Happy to send you a copy of the letter if you would like to request one via PM.
