Not really sure if it was a "bad" memory but it was certainly a strange one..
The game against Port Adelaide in 2002 at Optus Oval, the week after we lost by 108 points to Collingwood. We played really defensively as a means of restricting the margin and ended up losing by 9 points, and with a bit more accuracy and a bit of luck might have actually won!
The memory though is seeing Carlton kick 0.4.4 for the first half but be cheered off by some supporters at half time?! I've never seen a side go goalless in a half since or can't remember one before that, let alone have its fans cheer the side off for managing it!
