The CEO is one of the most important jobs in a football club and a large part of it is dealing with the media. If your CEO can't present well to the media then you are in real trouble - and thats the case with Malouf. Never gives me confidence hearing him on the radio, this was also confirmed listening to him at the AGM.

He really needs to go and replaced with some one far more professional, effective and confident.
