I'm not sure what the scoop is - if it hasn't sorted itself out by the time I get home tonight I'll try uploading it again.

It's up now.

The Smashing Pumpkins song was a good finisher. :P

Does anyone have a video of Peter Dean falling off the dais :?:

I think Channel Seven cut away from it.

The copy I have, shows him getting his medal, then it cuts to a crowd shot, then when it cuts back he's already up and running back across the dais.

Thank goodness you didn't choose 'time of your life', that one has been done to death.

Cool.

I'd love to get hold of the video footage of it.

In '96 I attended a coaching seminar with David Parkin in Tassie. He showed us a brilliant video that had been put together by some supportes highlighting the 95 season. It had Days To Remember from Billy Joel as the music behind it. Does anyone know where that is now? It would be great to have that on Blue Tube. As I recall the video was brilliant and made the hairs on the back of your neck stand up! Hope it turns up some where. Maybe some one could ask Parko?

A terrific player with a great pair of hands - triple premiership player.

Started as a full forward (at 183 cm) but Jezza moved him to the backline and was part of an immovable half back line in the 1979 Premiership side:

McConnville, Doull, Klomp

You were never going to get past a half back line like that - and if you tried you would have got a decent hip and shoulder.
