The club has obviously taken the opportunity to add a few more strings to the bow of the Football Managers role.

Like most clubs, it appears CFC is looking for a person to be a list manager to assist and work hand in hand with WH.

What about your self Cazzesman are you going to throw your hat in the ring for the job?

I wouldn't get out of bed for the money they probably want to pay :-)

Besides I would have no idea what to do, which is probably more to the point

I enjoy being a mere foot soldier with all care and no responsibility.

Turn up, Watch, Write, Email. So easy a trained monkey could do it

Regards Cazzesman

Is it full time role? or is it a role of several days a week or something of that nature?

If you are referring to my role, it is weekends with a few other days thrown in here and there from March to October.

Regards Cazzesman

If GT is involved with the club in any capacity, I'll worry about the future of our ruckmen.

Apparently their outdated, and useless in the modern game. :garthp:

On a side note, how will Cain Ackland feel if GT is appointed to the club?

You wouldn't think he'd be too confident if GT is involved with list management.

edit: because I can't speel

Josh,as a guy who is usually on the money, why do our hierachy have a fascination with Thomas ?........I rate the guy to a certain extent myself, but he aint a miracle man.You would have to have a BIG question mark against a guy who gave Spider and big Bazza the flick. That i would say has cost them a flag or two..........have a contact or two down there and the guy is bad news when it comes to money.Ripped off his best mate Butterss, and thats real poor form.If half of what i have been hearing is true, then i would pass thanks very much.

CC i dont know that I would want Goddard at the blues.

He had a chance to come over when he fell out of contract and we had an early pick in the PSD to force the saints to deal.

If he was keen the means were available and he chose not to at a time when our club really needed him.

As far as Im concerned Goddard is history and I hope he is never again given the opportunity to wear a navy blue jumper.

Grant Thomas.

Really?!

Wiser judges than I would be making such a decision, but I don't care for this early speculation.

I'm all for this move. I think GT has alot of positives he can bring to the club as a CEO. Still prefer Waldron though.

More like it! Curly's lad plays cricket for Carlton. I'm sure he would like to be back where it all started.

I'd like to see us interview John Blakey from Brisbane and Don Pyke from Adelaide plus Matthew Drain at the Bulldogs.

Does that include signing up young players before the trade period. Because whoever the new person is, they're going to be responsible for that. Signing up young players is a bit beyond the towering intellect that is Michael Malouf.
