No we got stung for 2000, 1998 and come forward in the amnesty for 1991 or 92 and that was it.

Essendon*'s 1993 was in the middle of their salry cap rorting but that was when Ronny was in charge so it doesnt count

yep, I pretty much rang in and asked him if all the other clubs would get asterix's also - not to mention the ones that didn't get caught when it was very widespread, this was a couple of weeks ago after Rose came out with his comments, I reminded them also that 3 clubs are getting handouts every year while we only have a loan that must be paid back.

I know for a fact that some CEO's used to get together in the 90's to discuss how they could get around the rules.

I remember that deluded welfare cheat. I think I gave the same bloke a spray on BF as well. Who is he kidding - if it weren't for clubs like Carlton and the AFL kicking in he wouldn't have a @#$%&! team. I even went out to watch the last game played at the Western Oval just to show them support - and we weren't even playing.

I was there too thylacine60. What a wet and miserable day that was. The only highlight was the Brazilian dancers in G strings and the attack on Gardiner.

Went home at half time soaking wet. I didnt even wait to throw coins at the Hyde Park bands collectors at half time!

Aparently Dwayne played VFL footy. I dont remember him in action at all. Nobody I've asked has but what did Carlton do to him while he was a player?

Anyway I've had enough of this tosser. While he is on the air, i refuse to turn the dial to 693. I will let 3AW know this via email and I think others should too.

Just gotta love that human aspect of bagging people because they say things they DON'T WANT to hear about our club. It's irreespective of whether it the truth or not. Of course, if they said how wonderful our club was, they's be terrific, even they were dud journos.

Not being a big MMM fan I listened to 3AW at the game.

Russell was an absolute flower - by 3qtr time I put the radio away & am amazed I got that far.

Agreed and I only heard snippets.

Changed to MMM, which was just as jocular and lacking in attention to the actual footy, but no one was crossing their legs and thinking of Margaret Thatcher so they could stay in the box.
