Congratulations to Skinny, one of our absolute best, on a fantastic milestone. I hope the boys can make it memorable for him.

Legend of the club.

As Col Kinnear said at the Guernsey Presentation Night, he will probably go down as one of the great players to pull on the No.12 for Carlton.
Couldn't be more right.

So glad he stayed with us when Richmond came a knocking.

One of my favourite all time Carlton players.

Down a bit on form but 5 goals last week should see him on song for Friday night. Hoping he can weave a bit of magic up forward for us this time around.

Great effort Lappo!

Agree with sentiments expressed above. Puts in 100%, very skilled, reliable, rarely gets injured (touch wood).

Congrats on your 200th skinny and last week showing who was still the best forward pocket in the league. Great to see him back up forward after taking one for the team after playing half-back due to necessity, even though his favourite posi would have to be up forward.

Well done Lappy!

Lets hope the team can lift and have a win to help an absolute gun celebrate a well-deserved milestone

Shit hot!

I love the players who display loyalty above all else, and Lappin is the epitomy of that.

Go get 'em Skinny!

Add the camels to the seemingly endless list of Lappin admirers. The way he goes about his footy and the manner in which he has been able to get the most out of a body that has no right playing such good football in this day and age speaks volume for the bloke's talent and tenacity.

Go get em Matty! :D

Well done Skinny

A wonderfully skilled, inspirational and loyal player. Pound for pound the best tackler in the competition - always does the one percenters as well as the freakish stuff.

Knew we had a gun player when he took that mark in his first game against Essendon*. Knew we had a great human being when he stayed with the club in its darkest hour. The cheers he got at the rally showed just how much the supporters appreciated his loyalty.

Hope he has a blinder. :)
