WILL See:
* Murphy back in action. He was a joy to behold in 2006 in his 13 games where he shone brighter than any other midfielder in the team.
* Gibbs running out in Navy Blue to form a new top skilled tag team with Murphy.
* Walker and Simpson continue their climb to our leadership group

WONT See:
* No offence to the bloke, but we won't see Deluca drop marks that had to be taken. We wont see him fall over in the ruck either.

I HOPE we will see a lot more of our 2004/05 draftees getting decent amounts of game time & senior experience.

I HOPE we wont see any 'less than 100%' onfield efforts.

I hope we WILL finish 2007 looking forward to 2008 rather than just being glad it's over.

I hope we'll see players putting in, for four quarters a match, 22 weeks and all 22 of them come off the ground totally spent. If we can mark their cards "A for effort" all year, then I'll be 90% happy.

WILL See:
* debuts of Edwards, Hartlett, Gibbs and Anderson, plus Ackland and Cloke, plus maybe another youngster or 2

WONT See:
* The 'Ins' each week disappointing the fans by giving yet another go to someone who was drafted 5 years ago

Don't write off David Teague too soon.

I hope we see team leadership commint and be competive to all games I, hope we dont see slacking off finish last and we see that our midfield can be skilled and good with Walker, Simpson, Murphey, Gibbs, and Stevens, and our ruckman Auckland.

WILL SEE:

Mjonc get exctied when JR imposes his will on games.
JFK to kick 35 goals from a forward pocket.
Lance to play CHF
Bower to play CHB
Carlos to become star FB
Murphy and Gibbs to win us 2 games after having 35 possies each.
Grigg and Anderson to become regular defenders.
Anthony Raso.
Our midfield to become a quality outfit.
Fev to kick 90+

WON'T SEE:

70pt floggings after half time.
Another St Kilda bashing.
A wooden spoon.
A finals birth for Carlton.
A Board that contains Unity.

I hope we see Stevens play with passion and reach the level that he's capable of reaching, regardless of who plays on him.

I hope we see the first quarter flood disappear entirely.

We are going to be a very skinny side in 2007.

Tackles are going to be broken on a regular basis, opposition will be intimidating the kids at ad nauseam.. generally the squad as a whole will continue to go through the learning curve.

We will need at least one enforcer on every line tos top the intimidation... but one thing is for sure this squad will be lightning quick, just hope foot skills improve.

:-D I'll back the Brissy Bears or the Kangaroos (or maybe Collingwood) for this honour. On second thoughts wouldn't it be just peachy to see Essendon* finish last! 8)

The ideal end to the season if we are tanking would be to have us on 4 wins (or whatever we're allowed to win to keep the first priority pick) and Essendon* (Collingwood, Richmond, Freo... insert your favourite hate team here) to finish below us on percentage.

We get the first pick in the draft, no wooden spoon and two picks in the top 10.

But I digress...

We will see Murphy become a superstar of the AFL

We wont see me being flown to Australia to see the Finals series as a guest of the AFL.

If you write a nice letter and convince the Spew that you're some sort of troubleshooter/headhunter/crowd management specialist, you could be in with a shot. Especially if you charge a bucketload. I'm pretty sure that he's a sucker for an important-sounding con-man...

WHAT WE WILL SEE:-

Muphy, Simpson & Walker to all finish in our Top 5.
O'Halphin to earn All-Australian honours despite being Irish (just kidding on that one)
Gibbs to be Solid & consistant.
Grigg to be roughy for NAB RS.
Kennedy to play 12+games.
Pagan to adopt a more 'positive' style of play.
Kouta to enjoy his last year of football

WHAT WE WON'T SEE:-

Our board grow up!
Seriosuly what a pathetic bunch of immature children! Actually no, scrap that.......becausei actually know of immature children with more intelligence than this bunch!
