VFL/AFL history shows that there's been many "overweight" players who nevertheless were great players for their Club.

Youre mixing up the current professional league with the VFL.... Ahhh the days of Mick Nolan... Brian 'The Whale' Roberts.... Neil Balme...

Ahhhhhhhhh those days must bring back alot of memories for you Warby eh???

I bet you still have a Sandman..... but these days you shift stuff around on the back...and the paint job is a bit dull... the motor doesnt work.. and its a bitch for fuel consumption...

But yeah.. i know what you mean about overweight players... there used to be some ....

I dont understand some supporters.

Do you just look for negative things to point out all the time?

Are you collingwood supporters, or carlton supporters? Honestly!

Doesn't it make you ashamed to pick at negative things, when there are a lot of positive things going on as well?

Hmm... gee... Lance doesn't look as good as Kouta... wow. Some of you would do a better job at putting carlton people down than Caro.

Perhaps our willingness to accept mediocrity has contributed to our position?I'd suggest it's time to raise our standards.

I think a more positive attitude may be contagious that's all.

The Board's problems are bad enough....lets bunk up the players FFS!

What does "bunk up" mean?

Pretend? Make believe?
I support the players. You'd be hard pressed to find me posting negative stuff about our playing group but I wont stick my head in the sand and pretend its all hunky dory.
I'll support any player who gives his all, talent or not.
But if a player wants to give half efforts and semi professionalism, he can flower off.

the old 'head in the sand' quote.

It is our choices that show what kind of person we truly are.

You choose to be negative and hold personal grudges against a club, i choose to be postitive and look forward, realising that i can't change what goes on there.

Some people are just being realists. I agree there are a lot of positives too but come on you can't tell me that he is in good shape......

Yep AWG, you're a far better supporter than I.
You must be very proud of yourself.

How did a Gibbs Watch turn into slagging match about who is the better supporter?

There are 6 days to go til Christmas, let's enjoy the festive season and leave the bloodletting until the AGM.

A Gibbs Watch can tell you the exact time of your death, the creation of the universe, and its destruction.

I bought one the other day. It had 4 hands on it. I asked "whats this other hand for?"

The shop assistant said: "IT HELPS YOU SEE THROUGH TIME".

Then I saw a vision of my own success.... it was Bryce's face on a woman's body.

Pretty much your standard afternoon.

The slagging match was nipped in the bud with the revelation of Plunkett hair straightener. Furthermore, Eccles Panty Liners are now available at Priceline...You Pay Less.

I went to an adaptation of the Wizard of Oz the other day where the Tin Man was missing a Simon Fletcher. In the end the Wizard gave him one in exchange for a fifth rounder. He didn't appear much for the rest of the play

Speaking of Simon Fletcher, how much does JR look like him?

Yikes!
