ummm, thanks agro, I knew that bit just wanted to know whether it wa the 1986 or 1987 reserves premiership? If you could supply the name of the major-general as well that would be great. :P

Given the cloud cover it would have to be 1986 as 1987 was 33 and sunny

Great pics verbs!

On a similar theme, I am slowly making my way through scanning and catalogueing fullmont's collection of CFC pics.

Along the way though I have stumbled across some players I do not recognize.

If anyone could help me out with identifying the following players it would be much appreciated. :-D

Exhibit 1:

Jamie Dunlop I'm pretty certain.

I agree with those. I wasn't certain enough to nominate Kennedy, nor would I have recognised Herman.

Thanks for your help guys, a lot of those players were running around when my only access to the blues was through radio.

SOME BIG NEWS!!

A little while ago I put up the Blueseum for the Australian NetGuide awards. As far as Australian website awards go these are the most prestigious.

I didn't think much would come of it but THE BLUESEUM HAS BEEN NOMINATED AS A FINALIST in the best sports site category!!

http://www.netguide.com.au/v2/webawards/nominate.php

If you look near the bottom of the page you can vote for your favourites. It is up against massive sites like the AFL, foxsports, and cricinfo.

Congratulations to everyone who has helped out!! It is all of your hard work that resulted in this nomination.

:-D :-D
