I've checked on another source and he isnt listed. Perhaps Tuddenham played a pre-season game which isn't counted?

And verbs if you have information on someone who doesnt have a bio I think you should create a page and just link from it in the Squad Locker Room. That is what I have done for some of the Rookies of the past, despite them not playing any games. WillowBlue has also done that for other players with a story ie Mathue Quirk, son of Bryan.

I was staring at the monitor for about 42 minutes on Sunday afternoon trying to work out how to do that.

The draft data suggests he wasnt drafted, but just came to the club and tried out? If he was drafted we shouldupdate the draft section.

Whilst staring at the monitor I created the profile by:

* Locate Name (SG #52)
* Edit the page where the name is found
* Enclose name in double brackets
* Save page
* Click on question mark that has now arised around the name
* That takes you to a bio....add whatever you wish

I thought I must've missed a couple of steps.

Tonight.

Did a little research and in 2003 Grocon's retail manager was ex-footballer Paul Tuddenham. Had a bit to do with the establishment of the AFL hall of fame in QV.

Not sure if he is still there.

Anyone game to call the company and find out?

Alright, looks like it was retail manager of QV in particular,

possible contact here http://www.qv.com.au/aboutQV_retail.html

Cell D69 - is this our Tuddy, that was part of the 12.09 tee-off group, which also featrued Matthew Lappin in the Portsea pro-am earlier this year?

That's that then.

Plim! Remember him? He literally punched/kicked holes in the wall when he found out he had been axed.

Paul Tuddenham was traded to Carlton pre season 1992.

I recall watching him play preseason matches at PP but....he didn't play any Senior games with Carlton after 40 odd with Collingwood.

Nice. Lucky Chitty could play footy.

Can you play DVD's on your PC Deano? If so just get the picture gallery up on your PC and do a screen dump (print screen) of the pic. If you need help trimming the picture etc, just let me know, you know where to find me.

nice. will do.

Just on that, I have a heap of pics that I have *ahem* sourced over the years from various places on the net. What's the scoop with tose from a legal point of view?

Depends how old they are.

I'm generally very cautious with anything after around 1980.

If you show pics on the net in a low resolution (75dpi) they look great on the screen, but if anyone tries to print them they look terrible. By doing this you are making the image useful for only one medium (the internet) and therefore creating a natural barrier to copying and copyright infringement.

Still a tricky area though since the club does not own the site yet. Once the club owns the site their established licensing agreements with many of the major media outlets will mean the use of pictures on the site would be more flexible.

But like I said if the pics are old the issues are negligable.

Just to add the official policy of the Blueseum is if anyone has any issue with any particular image shown on the site all they have to do is raise their concerns and the image will be removed upon request. The Blueseum is a not-for-profit exercise and will adhere to any copyright issues that any copyright holders deem of concern to them.

About to do a software upgrade, so if you see anything strange that will be the cause.

Getting into a routine, so fingers crossed everything works alright this time. :-D

Thought he was with us earlier than 92?

I've converted a 1967 CFC record I have to mp3.

It has this wonderful little oral history of the club on it, you can listen to it here:

http://www.blueseum.org/cfc/cfchistory.m3u

I'm just not sure where to put it in the Blueseum? Any suggestions?

Project Spruik! is up & running at my end. It entails me finding details of any famous or rich Carlton fan and marketing the Blueseum direct to try to generate some support. I've heard back from the Pratts!

Dear (MOLSEY),

Mr. Pratt was very impressed with the Blueseum website, and asked that
we pass his congratulations on to you and the group of volunteers who
have made it happen.

Just one suggestion for Mr. Pratt's information page, in 1952 he was
also the runner up in the Morrish Medal.

Regards,
(PRATT PA)

I've offered to represent him for free on the Board should he wish!

Cheers

M

A beautiful page, jarusa. Absolutely stunning.

The 'Wall of Pride' - a 'Page of 'History'' - a selling point to all potential members...
