utter crap

i hope the club has balls to take this on

this decision is so wrong, well its wrong :?

demonstration is all you will need to get him off.

all the way to the supreme court

I expect every single one of our players now, when ever they get in a wrestle to go straight for a head lock and give them all the sleeper holds.

utter bullshit this entire decision process.

im actually pissed off now - and will be ringing SEN tommorrow to vent my spleen to say the least - stay tuned. Going to give KB a spray if he tries to argue the decision is fair.

Apparently if you are in a headlock the appropriate method of getting out will be to gouge the player's rectum.

In some ways I am livid at the decision and in other ways relieved. It could easily have been 4 - I suspect the extenuating circumstances may have kept it to two.

Hopefully we will still have the firepower to outgun the Hawks and Tiges.

Appeal. Throw all the legal weight CFC can muster against these turkeys.

This is absolute crap.

Fev was defending himself, his opponent was equally aggressive, and equally guilty. An inadvertant scratch to the face in the context of what was happening is nothing.

Next time Fev, go the poo-jab, and you will get away with it.

BASTARDS!!!!!!1

Well, at least now we will beat Hawthorn. The boys will lift, Lance has a big one coming up, and Lappin will most likely play forward.

At least fev is out against the 2 crapest teams.

You have to remember that the tribunal don't listen to logic.
Even 3aw were saying what was Fev meant to do when he was in that situation.

Fev was lucky he only got 2 weeks after being found guilty.

that is so wrong on so many levels  2 weeks for defending yourself from hair pulling and a headlock and Mcanus doesn't even get sited for going Skinnies eyes getting up from a ball up
fight it as far as possible. Consistency you assholes is all we ask not suspending one guy and not even fronting someone else for the same thing. This is like when Williams got 6 or so weeks for touching an umpire and that stage diving weasel Wanganeen didn't answer a case for the same thing.

When Jonathan Brown "strangled" Jason Blake the media made out like he tried to kill him, Fev couldn't even see where his fingers went and then quickly removed them.
Odd but we expect only the worst from any AFL decision.
Did I hear right Darren Jolly got two weeks, if so I'm going for a lie down.

Yep, the AFL trying to make a point, take the 1 week on offer, if not come in and we will give another week on top for good measure....

No Fev in hindsight should have taken the headlock on the chin, then when he recovered wait for young Grover to reach up for a mark, then head down shoulder up cannon into his lower back.

Win, win situation.
Grover is hurt for a quarter or so and Freo are a man down, and Fevs only punishment he can't win the Brownlow which he was never going to win.

Absolute crap - although are we really surprised??

The only positive I guess I can take from it is hopefully Fev has received the kick up the arse that I think he needs. This will only make him hungrier & want to win when he gets back. And from a team perspective it might be good to be looking for options other than Fev, who is nearly always double or triple teamed. Just hope we have the fire power up forward to get over the line.

Very disappointed with the tribunal at the moment though
