I wouldn't like to go down this avenue again, but is it time for another petition?

What do we need? 100 signatures?

Pity the season isn't still alive...

Whatever form of petition etc etc gets up, I'm right behind it no matter what. The board are killing us and they don't even realise it.

I was thinking the same thing myself PJ but we need the answer to a few questions first:

1) Can we spill the entire Board at an AGM? There are a couple of good people on the Board and we don't want to through the baby out with the bath water.
2) Have we got another ticket ready to go? Not just a bunch of people whose sole aim is to get someone out, like most of the mob we have now. We need a group of people who are committed to the cause and have the skills to deliver.

If we have those we only need 998 signatures...

You'd spill the entire board except Greg Lee.

According to Wangers, and Mark Robinson earlier in the week and last night on SEN, there is a ticket forming behind the scenes.
I agree with what MR said last night. If the current board is spilled and thrown out, the new board will come in and sack Pagan.

If they were good they'd be smart enough to resign now.

That's the name I was thinking of! I've read the articles of another ticket forming but until I read it on TC I don't believe it!

No – but that’s a perfect description of our board members.

chyna - you don't contribute to this site, so don't tell people what they should or shouldn't do here. There are a number of posters on this site who have media contacts and are privvy to information as it happens, and pass it on because they too are supporters of the club. Information changes as situations unravel, we all recognise that and understand that posts with information about this current turmoil that surfaced on monday are now part of large, tangled situation rather than a definitive explanation of the situation at the club. If you can't handle that then block your ears and grab a copy of the age when the dust has settled and I'm sure you can see all the truths on reflection.

It is just pathetic to put blame on teenage kids.
The board is shitting on the clubs great heritage by pandering to the AFL.
It really is sickening.

Pagan portays himself as 'wholesome' 'honourable' & 'good' but it's plainly obvious he's pissing down a lot of peoples backs...

...not only is he pissing down our backs, but last night I caught the bastard dancing with my sister. I would've butchered his balls, but I didn't want to get chucked into the big house. Although given my clean record, I supposed i could expect to serve 3 years of a 5 year sentence.

So that's how Spoons convinced the board to let him stay on.

Smorgon: "Why are you standing on that cabinet behind me Denis?"

Pagan: "Just hold still a second Smorgo."

Very Funny! I'll pay that.

At least we have not lost our sense of humour, but maybe that is about all some folks have left after this week.

For some there appears very little hope.

Maybe after the EGM/AGM and the various drafts some of that will return.

Unless you've got a couple of gun lawyers hiding in the cupboards down Royal Parade.
