I read in Caro's article that he is a millionaire and was the one to pay Pagan out. Does anyone know what he ís doing with himself now and how did he get so much money? (can't all be under the table remnants fro the elliot era).

Also is Fitzy the leak? How does Caro get so much inside info?

I refuse to blame anyone who offers to put in that much of his own money.

also owns a few tips as well. Loaded. Agree that if he wanted to chuck a lazy million in then we should've bitten his arm off. We're insolvent if I remember correctly.

Why?

That is just plainly ridiculous.

What if he offered that money and wanted the coaches changed, be made president, and have the team called the old dark navy browns.

Would you still take the money?

That's the thing though, he can attach whatever ludicrous conditions he wants to HIS money. The club simply either accepts them or tells him no.

Of course, but keep ludicrous offers out of the public domain.

The whole thing has been amateur hour. The only thing missing was the sped up footage and Benny Hill music.

played footy with his brother in my younger days.

from memory - they own a construction/excavation company, but have also purchased several large plots of land waiting to be developed once they have settled.

the old clayton top springs to mind.

that is if i can remember correctly though - i remember it being something along those lines.

IIRC Fraser had to scour through one of his tips a couple of years ago when some psycho killed his wife & kid & hid their bodies on site.

Dont think "The Spew" didn't have had a grubby hand on the machinations here.

"The Spew" is chairman of a company called "The Baxter Group" who are involved in Enviromental/Land Fill/Waste Management and are in direct competition with Fraser Brown's company.

Together with Brown's refusal to co-operate with the AFL's grubby investigation of our club and the direct competition with Baxter Group - "The Spew" would have been fuming if Brown was involved with underwriting Pagan's dismissal and having some quasi-control of the the Carlton Board.

Recently purchased a block of land just off Thompsons Rd, between Berwick and Clyde.

Yeah, he's a ruthless property developer. :-D
He's been having some legal problems in Mitcham trying to build a large apartment block near the Station - the residents don't want it, but if I remember correctly, he had a win and they're building it.

Fraser Browns family is in property developement and he makes more money that he ever did playing footy and more then any player going round today.

By the way, Caro is a journo, she investigates, thats her job.

His Dad's company built the original Mulgrave 'Freeway' albeit with traffic lights at every major intersection rather than overpasses. Has now expanded into property development, excavation, waste management, etc. Clever boy.
