OK, the RWO guys are suggesting Sunday, early-ish. They suggested 10am.

How do you all feel about that?

I've suggested Sat is better for us.....

Finally!!!

That should be OK for Gonz and I. Just looking at Whereis.com.au...it'll take 40 mins to get there if we walk from Central. It's not too far from the SCG for our NRL game either.

I'm with Fullmont - that place will be fine by me.

There's our park.

That's not the right one, half, that's Anzac Pde. You want the other end of Cleveland St, on Sth Dowling St.

Also, I've shown it with the SCG in context for the out-of-towners...

No, I believe we've both highlighted the same park there, El. The whole pink line thing I had there was figuring out how to get to there from Central and then to SCG. I'm assuming you mean where it's got the "Moore Park 2021"?

As for Sunday morning...stuff that! I'd much prefer Saturday myself. Go into the NRL with a win, then celebrate another one. You know how it is. :)

No, it's at the corner of South Dowling St and Cleveland, which is at the Eastern Distributor side of Moore Park (The park, not the suburb), not the Anzac Pde/SCG side.

Sunday morning is no good for the game because of the CFC function at the Royal in Randwick. Sat after 2pm it has to be. Also trying to organise some people to play from up here. Will let you all know how I go. Also from Central you can catch a 393 or a 372 and get dropped off outside the boys high school basketball stadium.

Gotta go for Saturday.

I know Gez wont be able to play on Sunday due to the function and nobody will wanna sit around the footy stinking, sore, and hungover.
Gotta be Saturday.

AWSOME!!!

We are staying on Crown st, lil bit up from where this map ends, but close to both SCG and where we are playing.

Any good nightspots around this area?

oh yeah forgot to mention that our tickets (clint, luka and IS) have arrived at my place. so thats all sweet.

bay 16 row F, seats 55-59. for some reason i have a feeling we haven't be allocated seats next to the rest of the canberra crew, speaking to a mate last night.

that's asuming that thay haven't got the canberra group all over the shop anyway. owell, atleast its in a carlton bay.

EDIT also, i can confirm both the guys i was trying to persuade to play for us wont be able to make it but i was expecting that anyway

You have a preferred time, SB?

I've asked the question on RWO.

Fair point.

I've also sent an email to The NSW Carlton Supporters Network to get some "friendly faces" at the match and cheer us on to a big victory.

KK, not fussed what time we play aslong as it's after midday.

We get into our Hotel at 10 and Gez wont get to the hotel untill 11.
After 12 will give us good time to get to the ground so we can meet and greet befor the game.

EDIT:- Lets make 2:30. It's what time footy is played. After the game we can go to the pub and have a counter meal or something. Also gives a chance for the guy on RWO who is working to join the game at qtr time.

As far as qtr times go, I think we should cut it down to 15mins with 2-3mins time on. 8)

I'll strongly suggest 1-2pm then.
