Do you think Collingwood will win the premiership?

Positive: one less game I have to listen to Jason Bennett and Tony Shaw commentate. I always thought Shaw was a fuc*wit, now I know why.

Pretty much all of the above.

Eddie "the jackrabbit" Betts finally getting some crumbs and kicking some goals.

I have to say it - Kouta's game was a MASSIVE positive today. While nowehere near as dominant as his heyday I thought the way he played was remeniscent of it - it's almost as if he rediscovered his passion for the cause during his layoff. His game today was kind of how I expected Kouta to play for us in his final years, rather than the lacklustre stuff he had been serving up.

Thornton's had more impressive defensive days but I thought his marking, rebounding and running out of defence was exceptional. Probably the best I have ever seen him play actually.

Shouldn't have to again this year as we have no more Sat games. Not sure what will happen with Fox Footy next year.

We should have rested him before he got injured. It's worked for Buckley.

Lots of Positives for me, especially on a personal note.....I had tipped a Draw before the game, as i had a gut feeling both teams will be Tanking it and sharing the points...

As i was watching the game, and although it was such a flowing good match to watch, it felt like watching some actors putting some performance to get the score desired...

Essendon* could have easily Blown us away and won the game, at the same time, Carlton was pressing in the first half and they could have blown it, Yet i had a gut feeling both teams were tanking it, and letting the other team back in the game....

This was a much better quality game than people give it credit for. While there were turnovers, I'm not convinced there were that many more than normal.

There was some great footy. Intense, hard, skillful and plenty of promising performances from our younger guys.

O'hAilpin was great, despite his blunders, which experience will cure.

Bentick is going to be such a gun. His distribution gets better every week.

Blackwell is going to be a star.

Simpson has such a passion for the game, and with skill to match.

One bloke who caught my attention was Jordan Russell. I've had my doubts about him, but he was superb today. Went for the hard ball, and always found the best positioned team mate, especially under pressure. Easily his best game for us.

Great game.

Positves: We didn't lose and are not on the bottom. On the other side of the coin, we couldn't beat Essendon*, who WERE on the bottom.

Other positves....see post before me (re:Jack Worrall's). Saves me typing it.

It was the first game in ages that I've found my heart racing at a million miles an hour. Last one was probably the WCE game.

Thornton was outstanding.

Very excited by Setanta's game. Loved his attack on the ball. Incredible speed and agility for his height. Although I wish he'd guard the mark better when his opponent is kicking for goal. Usually defenders crib a few metres. Setanta appears to do a 'reverse-crib'.

Agree with others that it's great to see Fevola have only an 'average' game, and still kick 5 goals. Very, very good sign.

Scotland, Blackwell, Betts, Simpson, Houlihan.

McGrath's had a good month.

I agree - I was nervous watching the last 10 minutes and I already knew the result!!!
