I was born 10/10/1984
It took 237 days for me to see Carlton's First Win in My Life.
But it was worth it.

Carlton 3.8 26 10.11 71 16.16 112 25.19 169
St Kilda 0.5 5 0.11 11 1.13 19 2.17 29

A 140 point win over St Kilda

I was born 5th August 1979.

6 days later the Blues had a massive win over the Saints at Princes Park:

Carlton 22. 17. 149
St Kilda 6. 9. 45

Those were the days.

Thanks to the Blueseum for the info.

ah, feb. 25th 1988, so that would be....a 15 point win to the blues against the hawks in the grand final replay on 2/4/88.

the blueboys, without johnno, meldrum and rhys-jones, had the match sealed by new-recruit david kernahan.

Jan 4th 1988, so the same for me.

As for live games....out of the 8 or so I've been to, I've never actually seen Carlton win

Not many I know, but it's still depressing.

Or could just be that they've been over the past 4 years, where we've only won 20 out of 82 games

But either way, it still sucks  :!:
